Kratz Funeral Home

My family has used Kratz Funeral home twice in the past 8 months for our beloved parents. Both times we had the best, most transparent service possible which made the experience less painful. Tim is a very nice man, knowledgeable, and sympathetic to the family's needs. He was very organized and helpful. He walked us through the entire arrangements process and took care of everything. The facility is very nice, clean and had good accommodations for the family and guests. The day of the service, everything went off without a hitch, the visitation, service and interment were done with respect and dignity. I strongly recommend Kratz Funeral Home.

It's a beautiful place to say goodbye and the location is wonderful. Mr. Kratz made the process so easy with his calm demeanor & helpful ideas when you're overwhelmed and don't think you can make any more decisions. Excellent all the way. Genuinely concerned about the family. Death was in Madison and burial in Trempeauleau county . It could not have been handled better. Tim was extremely helpful
