“The rooms are pretty decent, there was a pan I counter top stove (kinda hoped for an oven but oh well) the full refrigerator wasn't cooling at all when we arrived and certain parts felt understocked. Btw if you want it cold bring an additional fan to move the cold air. Service is excellent I reported the above issues to the staff and they are very kind and receiving and promised to have issue addressed ASAP Location great location in there are tons of dining options just north of the highway”

“Gary responded almost immediately to my voice mail and stopped at the house promptly to assess the situation. He put up traps and a critter detector set up with an extension ladder under second floor eave on the same visit. We were lucky that the critters were gone. He removed the traps and made a permanent patch in the gap in the soffit vent. Very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He will be the first place I call when I have another critter issue.
