Harley-Davidson of Madison

Had an awesome experience buying my first Harley! Howie made it quick and easy and fun to work with. If you are looking for a bike ask for him. Getting parts set up was easy and closing in the finance office was painless. Easy 5 star!

I took this course over Fri, Sat, Sun. We were met by Julie, who was very welcoming and took some time to show us around the dealership and introduce us to the different departments. Phil and Brad were our instructors, both of them are very knowledgeable and provided helpful tips and great feedback on areas for improvement throughout the course. I felt their feedback and input improved my experience during the training and has made me a better motorcycle rider. The only reason I didn't give this a 5 star rating, was due to class size. There were 10 people in my class and in my opinion this is too many people for a beginner class. When performing the riding drills with five bikes running at the same time, the course feels congested. While I understand there may be some value in training on a congested course, I believe it increases the stress levels on individuals that have very little to no experience riding a motorcycle. I would recommend that class sizes be limited to six or eight students. Overall, the experience was positive and informative, I would definitely recommend this to anyone considering riding a motorcycle.

After hours of riding in 96 degree weather we stopped to cool off and look at shirts for my wife. We have visited many dealerships all over Wisconsin, but have never been treated as well as we had been by Dan at Harley Davidson of Madison. He brought us bottled water and shown us where the lounge and bathrooms were. (Dan had no idea who we were). He had shown outstanding genuine customer service, and has proven to be a credit to his dealership. KEEP UP THE OUSTANING WORK DAN!

"Ryan Howie was very helpful when we came in just to look. We ended up not getting a new bike but the second time we came back in to pick up our bike we decided to upgrade our bike a buy a different one. We were very scared as we went to a different Harley shop to purchase the bike we traded in to Madison and it was nothing but a hassle but Howie made it smooth and we have ZERO problems:) He was super helpful and a very outgoing guy. Buying our Trike was super easy , the people at Harley went above and beyond. I reached out expressing an interest in trading my Harley, and within hours Jada reached out to me. She showed me a Trike they had and I fell in love with it. Between Jada and Rod, I had my Trike and financing completed in less than 2 days. Rod got us quick and easy terms on the loan, and they gave me an excellent trade in value for my Harley. I am very pleased with all the hard work by everyone at the store. When we left, we had everything we needed and wanted with the Harley. All the staff was helpful, but a big shout out and thanks to Jada and Rod for the ease of it all. We will be going back in the spring to get Tammy her own Harley and get her the classes so she learns how to ride. Thanks to Harley of Madison for making us part off the family. They made us feel that we were the only ones that mattered, even though the store was fairly busy
