I can't think rob and Steve for the time they took to help me get my bowling balls drilled correctly. If you are considering using this pro shop don't hesitate to check them out. The one thing I love about Steve is if I had a question he answered it in a way that I understood it.

Came down to Robs shop a couple weeks ago and it was an absolute pleasure got a brand new storm absolute drilled right there on the spot after they watch me Bowl on their in-house Lanes. It was excellent service I will continue to get my balls drilled there in the future and I highly recommend! Call for an appointment.

They don’t need another 5 star rating, but I can’t help myself. I made the mistake of getting a ball from another shop near Madison. After a few weeks of issues I decided to shop around for a “better” shop. My search is over. They drilled me a new ball and not only did it solve all the issues I was having with my other ball but I had my personal best high score the first day of rolling it. Thank you Steve for taking the time to help me out!!

As a teenager, I was involved in league bowling. Now, I am a father of two boys and trying to get them interested in the sport. The problem I was having was that I could find a house ball to fit my freakishly huge thumb 👍🏻. When I arrived here, I thought I was in over my head as a very average bowler looking for a ball that fits. I was fed up looking for a local pro shop that was properly staffed. By this, I mean a place that has someone dedicated to running the pro shop and not preoccupied with running a bowling alley. I do regret buying a ball on Amazon and not getting a proper ball for me from Rob Bailey's. I drove an hour and 20 minutes to go here and will NEVER go anywhere else. Two games in the ball fits great and we are happy to be bowling as a family again. 🎳

Rob was a delight. Not only did he take the time to carefully assess every aspect of my game and grip, along with my personal bowling goals, he was a delight to spend an afternoon with. If you're looking for that special ball, you won't do better than here.
