“I bought a used motorcycle from here which was surprisingly fast and easy. They worked with me to get the final price and monthly payments where I wanted them. When I started my ride home I had an issue pretty much right out of the gate and had to pull over. John my sales guy brought his personal vehicle and trailer to pick up the bike since both shop trucks were not available. He had the bike in the maintenance shop right away, it was an easy fix, and he even offered to upgrade my air filter to a k&n since he had to order one anyway. They took care of the problem for me when they could have just said NO. The only bad part of the whole experience here is it took a few extra hours out of my day. Overall, great work by all departments at Mad City”

I've been to optometry places that could not have cared less about how I looked, but the folks at Myoptic on Williams go the extra mile to make sure I look as good as I can by helping me choose the frames that go best with my face. I had always chosen frames based on how they looked on the shelf, without thinking about whether they were the right shape and color for me. The folks at the Williams store will spend as long as I need to find what's right for me. Denise and Metah were very helpful when it came to picking frames the last few times I've been in. The doctors I've seen have also been extremely helpful. Alan especially takes the time to make sure I understand what he's testing for, and what the results mean.
