It was a pleasure working with Russell. It started off with just wanting to purchase our dream land but we realized we needed help too selling one of our homes to make it all happen. Even though Russel lived almost 2 hrs Away, the convince of having a smart phone gave us easy access to view on line listing, check feed back from other realtors , look at offerings, esign documents and keep in contact through email. Russell was very prompt to act on any activity that showed interest. He always had our best interest in mind to help us get want we needed to have. Russell had a lot of patience, good selling tips and very professional working with the public. Most importantly, he was a friend showed he cared for our concerns and listened to them. He did offer his ideas to help and didn’t pressure us to take unfair offers. I would definitely recommend him to anyone buying/selling property. Thank you again Russell.

I was looking for investment property and finally I found it.
Russell sat down with me and told me the pros and cons.
There was no sugar coating just straight talk regarding what I have to watch out for and how I should do it. Hard to find a guy like that these days.
We went trough the closing together which wasn't easy because of Covid19.
He found me a tenant and helped me with the renting contract as well.
