(March 13, 2020, 4:29 pm)Very happy with the thoughtful response to my questions. Spoke with Renee Manthe and she helped me navigate the choices and options with my best interests at heart - involved me in thinking about trade-offs rather than just trying to sell me the most expensive option.
Response times were extremely fast for every step. This mirrors my very positive experiences with American Family over many years (25?). I'm a very satisfied customer with home and auto and renters for my daughter.

Katy explained everything in a way I could understand, and made sure our coverage continued. Her team is knowledgeable and proactive -- I like the phone calls checking in with us!

When I have a question or an urgent situation, I know it will be handled quickly and correctly. I appreciate the customer service and the feeling that my issues are important.
