(June 2, 2016, 7:14 pm)Sylvan Crossings gives my mom the individualized care that she needs. Diet is important to my mother and Karen the chef prepares the food to order for Mom. I feel the environment there is safe and friendly, casual yet professional. There is an issue with loud TV noise and the staff is doing their best to address this issue. Overall, my mom likes living there and she is doing as well as can be expected.
BTW, the Sylvan Crossings my mom lives at has mailing address 5765 Chapel Valley Road and there is only one building there. I'm not sure what is at 5784 Chaptel Valley Road, as listed by Google.
