The salespeople were pretty helpful. They directed me to the items I was interested in getting and briefly described some options. It would’ve been nice to have a few more options for “stand-lights”.

The staff was very helpful explaining the different capabilities of the electronic keyboard. They didnt rush or push us into making a decision. Very helpful. When we had an issue with the stand, they came by our house and helped fix the problem. Would definitely recommend!!!

I bought a Yamaha P125 earlier in the year and am completely satisfied with my purchase. I did a ton of research prior to buying my digital piano - it's an addition to my P22 acoustic piano which I purchased new at Ward-Brodt in 1996. Ward-Brodt is an established company in Madison and if they carry the product that I'm searching for, I'll give them my business without a doubt.

I had issues accessing my account, but my question was answered thoroughly through the chat feature, and delivery of the requested instrument happened within 24 hours of my request. I was very impressed with how Ward-Brodt worked with me directly and helped find a solution.
