(August 10, 2016, 4:15 pm)Carlos has been our AM FAM agent for several years, and unfortunately we've had to put in a homeowners claim and an auto accident claim during this time. Carlos and his agency were very prompt, right there for us, answered all our questions and just plainly took care of us! I can't say enough good things about Carlos and dealing with an agent vs. someone you don't know is Customer Service at it's best!
