I've sold and purchased games from Noble Knight a few times over the years. They've always been pleasant and professional. Recently I sold a number of games to them, including a lot of a sprawling, collectable game I foolishly left a sentimental piece of this game in this lot that belonged to my son, even though I didn't intend to sell it. When I emailed Noble Knight, they were so kind and compassionate. They dug it out of the lot without question. I offered to pay shipping to have it sent back, and they agreed to send it back to me for free. They didn't have to do any of this, but they did, and with incredible grace. I believe service is the most important piece of a retail operation and I am so appreciative when I meet a retailer that values it as much as me. Thank you!

I didn’t spend a lot of time in the store, but I thought I’d give some feedback on what I did see.

The store was down a long, curvy road, and I kept thinking I must be turning into the very next parking lot. However, you’ll know it immediately when you see it. The place is massive with their Noble Knight Games sign hanging right above the entrance.

I only wanted a few things, so I went to the staff and asked where I could find them. They had to retrieve the items from the back, so I opted to look around for a bit.

There are games everywhere, both new and used. And since it was Sunday, their Clearance Cave was open (it’s also open on Friday and Saturday). I ducked in, but it wasn’t anything that appealed to me. They had a lot of family games that you might find at Walmart plus other items, including storage containers. I think most items were used.

I went back out, and they already had my items at the counter. So I appreciated the quick customer service.

I wish I would have had more time to explore, so hopefully when I’m back in the area, I can spend a little more time seeing what all they have to offer.

This is my first time ordering from this company but it won't be my last. My first order had an issue it had me pretty upset and that led me to customer service. This is where they won me over. They responded within an hour of my email to them. The person understood my issue right away they offered a better than perfect solution to the problem in one short conversation. I really expected it to be a stressful experience but it was the polar opposite. Today my game arrived. It's from 1998 but BRAND NEW! 10/10 would recommend this company.

I have been buying from them online for years. I finally had a chance to visit and was not disappointed. Nay. I was thrilled, almost overwhelmed.

The staff is friendly, helpful, and engaging. The store carries everything I could ever need. There are paints, table top gaming, board games, books, miniatures, pins, magnets, bags. dice, etc.

They have many tables for casual play. There is a whole wall of bulk cards to sift through. Meanwhile, they have a robust collection of vintage cards. They have vintage games sprinkled throughout the store.

The only downsides are that they don't carry the more obscure trading card games, but that doesn't bother me because I wasn't looking for that at the time. I wish they carry more tcg storage options. I like seeing new products and exploring different options to store or carry my cards. But, given the space and capital this inventory can take up, it's understandable.

Overall, Noble Knight Games is a must see. I would highly recommend going on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday so you can explore the clearance cave because why not?

This is an exceptional tabletop gaming store! If you are a tabletop gamer and are anywhere near Fitchburg/Madison, Wisconsin, I believe this store is a must-see! It is so nicely stocked full of games, miniatures, card sleeves, gaming accessories etc, that even if you aren't looking to buy something it's well worth passing through the store. The store is beautifully laid out, appears to be handicapped accessible, and there's a cool vintage game display case in the back of the store near the gaming tables. If you're looking for something specific, be sure to ask the stuff for help. My husband was looking for very specific card sleeves and they looked up the details from the manufacturer and pulled card sleeves out from the back that worked just perfectly. They also do business online so if you're out of the area you can still buy things online.
