(August 14, 2020, 11:37 pm)Took my 997.1 to Kelly Moss for a full inspection and service. Could not be more pleased with both the customer service and the meticulous treatment of the car. Patrick, the service manager, is organized, communicative, efficient, and effective. I have never had an experience even close to this good with any other mechanic. Plus the selection at the shop is incredible to check out while you wait. Wow! Always looking forward to the next time.

Very satisfied with the quality of the work and their honest rates. I will absolutely take my car there again in the future!
(July 16, 2020, 10:27 am)My experience with Kelly Moss Road and Race has been phenomenal! The service department is prompt, professional, and extremely accommodating. Patrick, the service manager was able to schedule an appointment for me quickly, and their customer lounge is an excellent place to relax or do some work while you wait. Mitch did a fantastic job of cleaning my car after service, which was a nice touch that I wasn't expecting.
A+ place to go, and I will definitely continue coming back.

(November 22, 2019, 3:07 pm)I would recommend Kelly-Moss to anyone, without a doubt! My BMW X5 is a different SUV after they fixed it. Now my X5 is running fantastically. The staff at Kelly-Moss is very professional and reliable. Patrick provided me with really good customer service.
My go-to auto shop from now on!!!
