(June 4, 2020, 1:57 pm)The customer service is 100%, The young Caucasian males at the counter go above and beyond by coming outside to greet you and carrying a conversation with you while you wait for your tires to be replaced in the shop. Also The warranty you can buy for the tires is great I got all four of my tires slashed and the guys wrote it up as road hazard and replace it for free. A true 5 star business!!
(May 21, 2020, 12:42 pm)Sam did an incredible job taking care of me yesterday when I had a flat. He quickly took apart my tire, cleaned it and the rim, and then resealed it all so that it works well!
Excellent customer service and a way nicer location than the image on maps would suggest ;)
(May 16, 2020, 3:20 pm)I am usually a Costco tire person but Discount Tires has great service (use the online appointment booking tool because they get busy) and nice perks. I use the winter tire change and tire rotation at no cost service annually. Well worth it and great way to keep a customer happy. Just be aware there are a couple coverage things they try to sell you but you can politely decline it and they don't push.
(February 29, 2020, 2:53 pm)I’ve never written a review before, but felt compelled to share my experience. I’ve been to this discount tires location twice. Both times I received excellent service. The first time, I had a set of tires put on my old car. One of the tires lost air soon after, when I returned to the shop they diagnosed the problem as my old rusty rim, which actually ruined the new tire. They replaced the tire for free, as per their standard warranty, as well as grinding all my rims clean so the problem wouldn’t happen again.
The second experience was more recent. I discovered a nail, (I work in construction) in a tire of my work vehicle, and when I took it to them, they patched it free of charge while I waited. To be clear, this vehicle hadn’t been serviced by them before. Their excellent customer service has earned them a lifetime client.

I visited this establishment last week and and was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The store management is knowledgeable and educates you about the tread depth of your tires. I was very impressed with Christopher, the store manager, and his explanation on the remaining useful life of my tires, as well as the pros and cons of possibly buying a separate set for winter tires. I will plan to come back again.
