  I love that it's by the Monon Trail. It's quiet, clean and the office staff is pretty good. The grocery stores, shopping stores, highway and mall is close by. I love living here.
  
  My only complaint is the price. I hate how they tried to go up on my rent so much. My rent was originally $950. By the time they added in everything, my rent is $1020. To renew my lease, my rent will now go up to $1100(or more)....not including the add ins. That's a dramatic change. Oh and plumbing is horrible.
  That's a 2bed 1.5bath.
  
  Beside that, I really did love living here and hate to move.

  Breanne Snapp and Jason Knutson worked on my unpaid overtime case for over 4 years, starting as a class-action suit and then in individual arbitration. Breanne, who was my primary point of contact, was incredibly organized, responsive, and patient. Jason was an incredible advocate during my hearing. And they both stuck with me and my case until the end, even though my own claim, after our class-action was tossed out, wasn't worth a ton of money. Without Breanne and Jason, I likely would never have been paid for the work I did, and my employer would have just pocketed that cash. Thanks!

  Before I picked a lawyer for my case, I interviewed 3 different firms. I felt the most comfortable with Habush attorney Eric Ryberg. I'm sure glad I selected him.
