  Everything about my online purchase to the store visit was great. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.
  The staff was helpful and explained everything well. The new store location was easy to locate and access.

  Justin at the E. Washington location was very helpful today. We ordered and within 30 min he had the battery ready to put in for us. We pulled up and he was personable, professional an put the battery in for us right away. I would definitely go there again whenever we need another battery.

  Great service!
  My phone battery was draining very fast, after they check the phone (Galaxy S6) they say the battery need to be replaced. They told me they'll do it in about one hour and in one hour was ready. It has been 2 weeks since then and the phone is working perfectly fine!

  Fantastic service! Devin went above and beyond for me. I was blown away and impressed by the customer service here. I highly recommend this place. I came in needing a car battery on a rainy day. Devin kindly let me park the car in their garage to stay dry. He not only replaced my battery but cleaned the corrosion off for me and replaced 2 rear bulbs for me. He spent a lot of time with me and was super nice. I felted welcomed and appreciated. This is a great store.

  Ordered on-line and received email notification, ready for pick up, in 20 minutes. Arrived at the store and there was one customer in line before me. Batteries+ employee installed/replaced the factory 2012 JKU battery and I was on my way in less than 30 minutes. Sure doesn't sound like a 5 year old battery when I turn the key!
