(February 21, 2020, 2:49 pm)This is one of my favorite lunch spots in Madison. The atmosphere is bright and cheery and staff are always friendly. Food is straightforward lunch and Greek cuisine but it's fantastic, I have never had anything I was not satisfied with. Even better they service drinks so you can enjoy a perfect summer afternoon after your zoo visit sipping on a nice beer and chowing down a Gyro sandwich. Thanks Zuzus'!
(January 19, 2020, 4:37 pm)I love ZuZu's! I used to go there as a kid and now it's great to go as an adult. It's very cozy and has a great atmosphere. The food is great too!
(May 9, 2019, 3:26 pm)This is the cutest little cafe. The only difficulty is deciding whether you're going to drink tea and coffee, or beer and wine. Sandwiches are good as is the vegetarian chili. The ambiance is perfect, without seating areas, sofa areas, and a kids area. The crowning touch is a kaleidoscope pointed at a plant on a spinning stand.
(October 8, 2017, 11:15 pm)A gem of a neighborhood coffee shop, with excellent Mediterranean cuisine and a great staff. Every Thursday they have a "neighborhood special", with $3 gyros and a live band, and regular happy hour specials throughout the week. My kids love the book corner and giant sandbox out front, and it's perfectly situated for a friendly, healthy lunch after a morning at Vilas Zoo.
