Best to show up in person. Have had some great interactions with titling department staff start to finish. Even when I show up with a same day emergency, Cindy has made the process much easier.
Calling is a total waste of time and energy you will absolutely not receive a call back or a response. Email is the best option although it takes them almost two months to respond when the timeframe says 3-5 business days. However, when I went to the office to obtain information on the status of my license Sofia was very helpful and kind and handled my license issuance right away. I’m so grateful to her! I can begin working now after months of waiting. She handled it before I got home!
