Fantastic and dedicated personal trainers and instructors, very nice pool, nice variety of equipment, facility is clean, nice community atmosphere where all are welcome regardless of age or ability, lots of helpful programs for youth and adults, I've been very pleased and grateful

Been coming here for about a month now. I never got a tour when joining. The front staff really can be polar opposites , some are great and some are terrible. For the most part people have been helpful. They accommodate you well especially if you have children.

Quite a good variety of things to do, though I think folks who attend classes or swim, or even play team sports would get more out of this than I did. Really crampt sometimes and prone to overcrowding, but considering there's a daycare and gym and all kinds of stuff, it's amazing that's they pull it off. They've expanded the parking lot has been expanded but could always use more space during peak hours. Good pricing but if you just want the basic gym experience I'd recommend the likes of planet fitness.
