(December 15, 2019, 12:07 pm)I get my Toyota Highlander hybrid serviced here. I can stop in without an appointment and get an oil change, tire rotation, car wash, and safety inspection for $60. Pricey, yes, but the don't try to sell service I don't need and they know their hybrid product. Friendly folks, nice waiting area, even if you have the kids with you.

I started my day feeling stressed, worried, and helpless (somehow I selected a very old address for my shipping address when I ordered a piece of hand-made jewelry), and because of Jim I now feel calm, comfortable, and I trust that everything has been done to support the best possible outcome.
