(August 11, 2020, 7:01 am)It had been many, many years since I'd been to a dentist, for a variety of reasons. But everyone at Madison No Fear Dentistry made me feel completely at ease. They took care of my immediate dental emergency, and now we're working on a plan to start correcting all (or at least some) of the damage that those years of neglect have caused. Great folks to have on your side.
(August 9, 2020, 11:05 am)As a patient with a moderate degree of sleep apnea, I have greatly benefitted from wearing the dental appliance that the team at Madison No Fear Dentistry has made for me. Their expertise and experience in fully evaluating and assessing the problems with my oral cavity, their attention to details, follow up servicing appointments for adjustments in the appliance as needed, the clear and thorough communication and support, all in all, has enabled me to feel that I am in most capable hands.
I would also like to say that has a physical therapist for 40 years, I learned more about how to be a better therapist by the manner in which Mike, the dental implant specialist, worked with me every step of the way. To top it all off, my blood pressures on waking have been better than they have been in several years.
(August 8, 2020, 8:14 pm)Emergency service, done quickly, efficiently, with very positive attitudes. Scheduling and arrival and entry were all quick, I even got in early. Great doctors, assistants and scheduling staff, I'm grateful.
(June 10, 2020, 12:46 pm)Let's be real. I am terrified of the dentist due to an old dentist I had growing up. It is so bad, that I literally throw up before every appointment and often choke back years when talking to my hygienist or dentist. My anxiety is crippling that I didn't sleep at all the night before my initial appointment.
It took everything I had to walk through that door...and my experience was nothing short of amazing. The front desk staff were courteous and kind.
When I went back with the assistant she talked to me calmly, asked me\told me every step she did, which was a relief. When she went over my X-rays and what was need she was thorough and to the point. The dentist (Dr Dave) came in and double checked her investigation on the treatment I needed. We went through what he wanted me to have done asap, and both were very informative and kind.
Once I was done, the billing\scheduling staff was accommodating and shared each cost. I was also able to pay my next appointment services upfront which was also very kind and honest. She also walked through my insurance process and gave me a n itemized bill for the other services I am having done next year.
All and all my experience was really good and I highly recommend this dental provider to anyone who suffers from crippling dental anxiety. I am nervous about my upcoming procedure, but I feel far better about it then I would anywhere else. They offer sedation or gas if you really struggle (like I do) and to me, that's worth the extra cost.
So far, nothing but good things to say - and hopefully my continued trips will get easier and easier - and maybe, some day I can go to the dentist like a normal person. The experience I've had here, priceless.
