(April 12, 2020, 9:29 pm)Rutabaga Paddlesports is like the General Store of old, but for canoeists, kayakers, and paddle boarders. A person feels right at home, is in no hurry to leave, enjoying both the fantasies about the equipment, but also a friendly staff, who I've been told by an anonymous source, are not likely to last there if they attempt to sell something to a customer. That's not a big problem for ownership as the inventory has been chosen with you in mind. The mission statement is something like, "to provide experience," which is really what each of us is looking for in a canoe/paddlesports endeavor.
