Susan is awesome! She was with us from beginning to end, and her dedication was very moving and encouraging. She stuck with us even though our case was difficult and drawn out. She made herself very available to answer our questions and concerns, which was wonderful. Susan actually answers her phone! She was determined to help us find a good house that was right for us, and we NEVER felt pressured to buy. Eventually we did find a place that was right for us and fit our needs. We cannot say enough about the awesomeness of Madison Alternative Realtors and how much we appreciated all the help and encouragement we received from Susan Oshman.

Susan was an amazing help to us. We went into house hunting thinking we had a good idea of what we wanted, and it quickly became apparent that my husband and I had very different ideas on what needed to be a priority. Susan was able to work with us both, learn what was most important to us and helped us get into the perfect house. Neither one of us even had to compromise. Along the way she was able to help us maneuver very complicated family dynamics and had resources available to help us in every imaginable way. Really - this house, that feels like a home (a first time) for me, absolutely would not have happened if we hadn't had Susan working so hard for us. Thank you Susan!
