A company that is completely committed to tenant satisfaction and no matter how small the issue (bathroom ceiling fan stopped working), repairs were taken care of in less than 24 hours.

Lakestone is awesome! They became our land lord halfway through our lease and I can say that they care about their tenants and do a great job in managing properties. Any questions or requests I had for them were answered in a very timely and professional matter. When my wife and I began looking to purchase a home, Lakestone provided us with all the information we needed to transition out of our lease early. They even found a sublet for our unit for the exact time frame we requested! When we were in the process of moving out, Lakestone even went above and beyond to rectify an error for us that was made by the PREVIOUS land lord (a very well-known Madison-based company). Again, they took it upon themselves to correct an error that they had absolutely NOTHING to do with just because they thought that it was unfair we had been put in that situation. I would recommend Lakestone to anyone looking for a great renting experience!
