MariAnnes has been on your block for 36 years. It would be nice if neighbors would talk to each other instead of filing a complaint with the state. By the way your complaint was unfounded per the state investigation. . Our residents are not prisoners here. They have rights like you and I and are allowed to walk down the street to a garage sale. Just because someone has a disability or is different does not make them incompetent.
