Outstanding customer service. Called for repair but one of the techs walked me through how to repair on my own, even though it was complicated.

You want to deal with a local company that is locally owned that knows what's going on with water quality there is no one else in the area that does job like Capital water softeners does!!!!! They are number one in Wisconsin!!!!!

I have used Capital for water softeners in my house and my daughter’s house. We came back from vacation a couple of weeks ago, and after a while I realized the water softener was not working. This past weekend, I tried to get it to manually regenerate, and searched the web for information on my older model, all to no avail. So I called Capital this morning, and wow! The person walked me through checking a few things, carefully explained how I could get it to regenerate, and it worked! He went on to explain what to watch for to be sure it continues to work, suggesting something may have jammed the mechanism. Wonderful help!! I can’t thank them enough.

I had a problem with my older water softener and I needed a part to buy me sometime. The owner was very helpful to me. Took the time to explain things and told me what the future ay hold for me in the life of my old watersoftner.

I appreciate him being very honest and I hope the part will buy me sometime to save to buy the new watersoftner in the future.
