I can not praise the entire staff at THIS location enough! The reception when you enter and how you are treated BY EVERYONE, you really feel like they care about your happiness and will go above and beyond to find you what you want.
I truly felt like I was in good hands, and John would not stop looking until I was happy. I visited the dealership last week and could not have been happier with John as my salesman throughout this 7-day process of finding another new car. He knew all the right questions to ask and was very knowledgeable about my options and the answers to my questions. John, our sales associate and Kyle the lead associate were both very knowledgeable, helpful and prepared. Our purchase process was informative and efficient. We made decisions based on information they provided but we didn't feel pressured. We would use this dealership again and would encourage others to consider shopping there as well. John Seymour in sales was a huge help!! My wife and I are relocating and currently living 4 hours apart. We had an extra vehicle that we didn't plan to take with us. With me being 4 hours away, I needed someone to make the process as smooth as possible.

John made the process of selling it to Bergstrom extremely easy and completely painless. After sending him pictures and answering his questions about the condition, he quickly presented us with an extremely competitive offer. I had received offers from the large, national dealerships, but John made the process far easier. He found a way to get it done.

The next day, he was there to pick up the car from our driveway so my wife didn't have to figure out how to get it there on her own. Paperwork was sent for me to sign and we received the check in a timely matter.

We could have sold the car to any dealer. However, John honored all of his commitments and made it clear he wanted to do the right thing for us during a stressful time. He provided legendary service.

Great place to come and get service and parts. Everyone is super professional and knowledgeable and very helpful. The scheduling system sends you automatic reminders a day or two ahead of time which is always handy lol. And cookies and coffee in the waiting room are always appreciated!😄😄🖖🏻
