I'd like to take this opportunity to compliment on some very important to me, Great customer service today when I stopped in to the O'Reilly store on Watts Road. Jordi helped me out greatly by removing 4 old rusted screws on license plates on my truck. If it were within my means, Jordi would receive a double pay raise for the initiative he displayed and undoubtedly saved me the time and expense of having to go to a repair facility. Thank You So Much, O'Reilys!!!

I've consistently found the staff here to be approachable, friendly and knowledgeable. Recently my car battery was playing up, so I stopped by and Jordi ran some tests on the battery and alternator. In lieu of a tip, which was offered and politely turned down, I'm writing this review :) Highly recommended!

Thank you to Alex and Angel for helping me with my headlights. Both lights were out and I had an hour drive home. Thank goodness the store was still open. If it hadn’t been for them being able to replace them; which they weren’t certain they could on my vehicle, I would’ve been in a dangerous position. Thank you so very much.
