But what made it so natural was that my prenatal visits were also at home with Raquel, so she was already familiar with my family and our space prior to the birth. Good Neighbor Yoga became my one hour oasis where I could recenter and recharge. I do not do a lot of yoga, but I never felt intimidated. The instructor/owner met everyone right where they were at.
