Best service I've received at a dealership. Estefania was great. She was really helpful and made sure everything that was promised was done. I was able to get my oil changed, tires rotated, and two warranty issues addressed within a few hours. Another dealer told me I would have to leave it for a few days. I highly recommend them for your service. I also met Andres which was the technician that worked on my car. He was very nice and did a great job on the car. Don't go anywhere for service. Make sure to go to Lehman. They are the best!!!
I went here to get my first car and had a wonderful experience. Shout out to my sales representative Julis he really helped my out. When I leased my car after a few days he was able to get me a better deal he was able to get me another 2 years on my warranty. There happened to be a dent when I leased my car and they offered to help it free of charge and was able to get me a rental car in the meanwhile. I had a great experience and would recommend this place to others.
Just picked up a brand new AT4 my salesman was Shawn really amazing guy very personable, I was sold on the truck after the test drive.
The entire dealership was very helpful with the sale I was helped with the entire process.
Overall I was really happy with my experience and I would definitely buy my next truck from Shawn Im really happy my truck its a lot of fun to drive around for work and adventures.
The person that was helping me was so friendly and helpful. Your lucky to have an employee work for you like that. I would be honored to have her work for me if I wasn't retired. She helped in every way. You also should be honored to have her.
The owner of this shop was exceedingly generous one day when I found myself with a flat down in Paoli. I did not have the right sized tube for the ride and I was without a means of getting home. I called up the shop and the owner was able to get me a tube that was a close enough fit -- even though they were doing appointment only during the pandemic! The generosity was incredibly refreshing and helped me keep a positive attitude that is so easily lost when you find yourself with a flat so far from home on a day when you foolishly looked at your spare tubes and said "I won't need these today".
Thank you!
I refer to this place as a “bike museum” to my friends when encouraging them to ride the ~30 mile loop from Madison to Paoli. Eric’s place is thoroughly part of bike culture and he’s a fantastic steward of the shop.
Like the other reviews, I agree Eric has an amazing depth of bicycle knowledge as well as history. What he also has is an almost magical ability to restore a bike and still repair and retain the original beauty, keeping it as a classic. Take a look at his bikes displayed on the wall. They've been patiently restored, ensuring any replacement parts are true to the bikes vintage and era. Eric took my own 1983 Trek 520, handbuilt in Waterloo, which had been hanging and oxidizing in an unheated garage for 30 years before I was able to retrieve it. It was in ugly shape but has a ton of sentimental value as my first real road bike. Take a look at the pictures and you'll see it's almost as if it came off the factory floor. Eric also found me a pair of Sidi shoes from that year to go with it as well. And the price was far below what I expected. You need to check 1Oak and Eric's collection for yourself
While I didn't get to visit the shop directly I was able to obtain a perfectly spec'd Trek Crockett 7 CX/Gravel bike from 1 Oak. It's made it through quite a few adventures and mixed surface centuries on the east coast and most recently, it made it through the 210 mile Coast to Coast Gravel Grinder across the state of Michigan. I did move the front ring from a 42 to 46 for local riding but I went back to the spec'd 42 for Michigan and boy am I glad I did. 1 Oak did a perfect job building this bike up for what I wanted it to do. The only change I did to this bike prior to the C2C was add 44 Rene Herse/Compass Snoqualmie Pass Tires...fyi, "YES" a Crockett 7 frame can accommodate up to 42 width tires and apparently 44 width Rene Herse/Compass Snoqualmie Pass (although they only measured 43). Thanks again 1 Oak, someday I'll make to to the shop to say thanks in person! It was a great experience and can't wait for more adventures...possibly the Hell Hole in SC and/or NC CX season.....thank you again!!! The first photo is the Trek w/the 46t ring in SC, the second photo, is before the C2C....ignore the two dudes with Specialized's and old Project 1 Trek I didn't notice my Crockett wasn't in the shot....they were just jealous.
Great place to swing by on a ride or when passing through. Eric is a wealth of bike knowledge and has a great collection.
