(July 26, 2020, 11:49 am)Definitely rustic. Not many trails. Sugar river runs right through it. Has a concrete bridge to cross river. Basically walking an over grown farm. Nice fruit Orchard. We will go back.
(July 16, 2019, 8:26 pm)This is a great area to hike and take photos. It's designated for hunting and fishing as well. The trail from the parking lot is very well maintained until you get to the concrete bridge that spans over the Sugar River, then you're on your own to blaze a trail.
It's very peaceful and there is rarely someone out there.
There are picnic tables with a great view on a hill, but I wouldn't suggest sitting where the tables are, no one maintains the grass around those tables. But you could drag them a few feet to a mowed area.
