We started out renting from Community Developers back in Feb. 2018 and then had Lauryn help us purchase our first house at the end of the same year. The purchase process was smooth and Lauryn was great at working within our budget and finding us the perfect starter home!
Fast forward to 2021, Lauryn helped us find our forever home in a time when many people are struggling to get their offers accepted. She again made the process smooth, helped us stay organized and was always prompt to answer whenever we had a question or concern--any time of day or night!

Lauryn has been absolutely fantastic for us. She is an excellent communicator. She follows through quickly on everything. She is super nice to our kids and our dog. She had our house sold in one day of being listed. You cant ask for much more than that. I would highly recommend her. Its been a real pleasure.
