    Dr. Brenda has been an incredibly amazing resource during my pregnancy! I had not had regular chiropractic care prior to being pregnant, but after experiencing some sciatic nerve pain and the general discomfort that comes with pregnancy, I wanted to explore any option possible. Dr. Brenda had come highly recommended by another local friend in the area and she has not disappointed! Dr. Brenda is extremely welcoming, professional, and a wealth of knowledge. She took the time to listen to how my body was feeling and then gathered resources to help me understand the how's and why's behind chiropractic care and pregnancy. Since seeing Dr. Brenda, my nerve pain has become better, I sleep better, have better balance with my GI tract, and feel more balanced over all. I would suggest Dr. Brenda to other expecting mothers out there seeking relief and amazing resources!

    Dr. Brenda is experienced, helpful, knowledgeable, and dedicated to better health. She takes her time to tailor treatments to individuals; it is not a one size fits all practice. We highly recommend Dr. Brenda’s practice.

    Dr Trudell is very experienced, and has been very helpful to me during this pregnancy. I would highly recommend her chiropractic care to any expecting mother!

    This is a review for Kazda Kinetics personal training. Chris knows his stuff and is a great trainer. He was flexible with his approach but also good at getting me to push my limits. He also presented many different ways of working out that didn't involve weights and that I hadn't been exposed to before. Highly recommend.
