Megan did a good job. She is efficient; sent an email asking for verification of the VIN number and coverage that I wanted. American Family does an excellent job for us.

We are new to Am Fam and are impressed with the quality of service. The initial quoting process and getting set up was quick and painless. In particular, we are working with Christopher Reese, who is an outstanding professional. He is very knowledgeable, considerate, and responsive. Unfortunately, we had to make an auto claim and they made what could have a been a traumatic experience much easier to handle. They responded right away, gave me great advice on who to call for towing/repair, and had me in a rental within hours. The claim was a bit more complicated and they responded right away to changes. All of my questions were answered immediately and I was kept informed consistently. I highly, highly recommend this company and Christopher in particular.
