There aren’t words to describe how wonderful Kettle Park is. The staff is so kind and attentive and the buildings are beautiful. We enjoy visiting my mom and she says she feels like she lives in a fancy hotel. :) She is diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and lives in the Independent Living area. We are thankful that as her health changes and she needs assistance, she can stay at Kettle Park and they will provide more care. We are grateful they have a healthy environment for her – socialization, activities, exercise, home-cooked meals. Kettle Park is a blessing.
This is a beautiful facility. The care givers are wonderful. Any issues that come up can be worked through. Management is wonderful at keeping communication open.
My parents moved into Kettle Park in mid September. For anyone who has helped their parents downsize know it can be very challenging for everyone. The people at KP have been great and fully understand the process. My parents have adjusted well because of family along with the help of the entire team at KP. They feel like they have a second family here.
I recently toured the Memory Care at Kettle Park and it is absolutely beautiful! The large windows show off beautiful views and outdoor spaces while the kitchen is a nice place for gathering and sharing meals. I highly recommend taking a look!
From the initial inquiry to move-in to daily interactions, the staff at Kettle Park has been incredible. Each one demonstrates great care and professional excellence on a daily basis. KPSL is a blessing to our family. They do little things that make a big difference.....smiles upon entry, a warm fire to greet visitors, cookies and hot coffee available, carts available to help get items upstairs, fun activities, prompt attention to needs, and most of all, they give time to each person.
