(June 23, 2020, 7:30 am)Cozy, clean, mobile home park. Very quiet with friendly families, elderly and a few couples. Perfect option to be near everything, yet still have a clean & peaceful country feel. Often can catch beautiful sunrise and sunsets!

(October 29, 2014, 12:01 am)I've stayed here 3 different times in my RV. Wintered there 2012. Lot's are small but this is the only place in the area that will accept an RV after Oct. Restrooms and laundry room are operable all winter. This is a very nice mobile home park and we will stay here anytime my work brings me here in the winter. Carl the manager is easy to work with. No complaints.

Friendly neighbors and residents. Country living just minuets to Middleton, WI; Waunakee, WI; Madison, WI (East side, West side, Downtown). Carl and his staff have been pleasant to deal with on several occasions. Our family could not be happier calling Don's Mobile Manor our home. Highly recommend to couples looking for a clean, safe, place to raise their children.
