CrossFit Vultus

Been to a few CrossFit gyms in the Dane County area and this one is by far the best. They currently use Mayhem programming, have 5 classes a day (m-f and 2 classes Saturday morning, open gym all day Sunday) and allow open gym any time there isn't class (5am-9pm).

Coaches are well informed and professional. Ownership is even better. Pete (owner) listens to feedback and is passionate about bettering the gym and it's members.

You'll find a wide variety of beginner athletes to competitive athletes. All are extremely welcoming.

Lastly, pricing is the best in the area. My wife and I are paying $50 less (than prior CrossFit gyms) to have access to not only the CrossFit gym, but the entire sun prairie athletic club.

Had some issues in the past but they were able to be resolved. Great place.

I've been a member at CrossFit Vultus going on a year now and I have nothing but positive things to say about this box. The coaches are all friendly and very helpful when I have questions or am struggling with a certain lift/workout. The other members are encouraging and there is a real family vibe to the box. The Vultus community is fantastic and I encourage anybody to come in and try it just once. I promise you'll become hooked and amazed at what you can do once you put your body and mind to the test.
