I also love what they have to offer so I will always be coming back. They are awsome and there services are a good addition to add to anyone's wellness goals.
(July 22, 2020, 5:32 pm)Nice family owned business. I did three treatments of the T-shock and lost 2 inches on my waste, possibly more as I just finished my third treatment today. I also tried the sauna pod which was super relaxing. They made me feel very comfortable and will definitely be back for more services. Thanks!
(December 9, 2019, 9:22 pm)I am a dancer and went to Fire & Ice Spa to get a local cryo therapy treatment on my knees. What a difference it made from just one treatment. Highly recommended. Will definitely go back!
