(June 9, 2020, 12:00 pm)We had Justin out to look at our LG Fridge. Evidently there's a known issue with this model's ice maker and the repair is insanely expensive. Justin gave me solid advice for how to work around it and was honest, thorough, and professional. He easily could've recommended a $1000+ repair but told me how to work around the issue. Can't say I'd look for another repair company in the Madison area after using this group.
(January 16, 2020, 12:20 pm)Once again, Josh saves the day. Rather than go the easy route and charge me for a new door for my ice maker ($500) he found a way to fix the existing one. Only charged me for a service call. No need to look any further when in need of appliance repair. These people are legit!!
(December 16, 2019, 10:29 am)I am very impressed with this company. I called, explaining my problem and got the impression that the receptionist knew what was wrong. She explained the cost with the one time service charge. Unlike other companies, one feels that the problem will be taken care of in one quick call, which was my experience. AND what caused the problem and how to prevent it from happening again were explained to me by Tim. Friendly and expert service, not to mention quick - calling and getting service within 2 business days.
(December 2, 2019, 3:14 pm)A really great experience. I was putting off getting our microwave fixed since my history with repairmen have been so-so. After a year without a microwave we decided to finally make the call. Tim was professional, friendly, cleaned-up afterwards, and answered all my (many) questions. If I knew it was going to be this easy I would have called long ago.
