The website with helpful videos convinced me they could do the work I needed. Once in contact the work was quickly scheduled. I dropped my car off for service. I was kept updated on any repairs or issues. The technician was honest and upfront with all work. The cost was less than estimated and way better than if I had gone to the dealership! “I love Brookdale! We wanted to move my mother-in-law closer to us, so Randall helped us to make the arrangements between the other nursing home and this memory care. We planned to have the necessary extra helpers, we needed during Covid due to quarantine, and the transfer went very smooth. My mother-in-law's never been happier. I love that it's a smaller place and they show great care and attention. I love that my mother-in-law has her own room. I love that they have a community room, where she can do things together as a group. Staff helpers are really attentive, helpful and Loving. They all do a great job. It's a very caring and loving environment.”
