(August 21, 2019, 10:20 pm)Like a lot of people on here, I only have positive things to say about Aspen Hill. Living here was great! I spent three years at a different TR McKenzie property, then transferred for two years at Aspen Hill. The apartment itself was really nice with lots of kitchen space and a huge walk in closet in the bedroom. We had an amazing view. Both of the pools, the gym, and the community room are all nice spaces. After five years with this management company, I really can't recommend them highly enough! Aspen Hill is a great place. There's a reason their ratings are so high.
None of my other rental experiences in Madison compare. We miss it!
(June 11, 2018, 4:50 pm)I first lived at Aspen Hill from 2012-2014, then returned last year (2017), and we just renewed our lease. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this apartment complex and the management company, T.R. McKenzie. The first time that I lived here, I lived alone in a one-bedroom apartment, and I have now returned with my husband, and we rent a two-bedroom townhouse. Aspen Hill has not changed a bit. The facilities are immaculate, well-maintained, and absolutely beautiful. Between the rooftop and in-ground pools, grills, outdoor fireplace, nice landscaping, gorgeous interior design in the community room and media rooms, fresh-baked cookies and coffee machine, and overall well-designed apartments, it often feels as though we live in a resort. The management company certainly attributes to this as well. They are 100% reliable, promptly respond to all of our inquiries, and generally want to make this a great place to live for their residents. I very much appreciate how in-tune they are with their resident needs, and they offer a community environment by hosting events, for those who are interested in attending. I highly recommend Aspen Hill and the T.R. McKenzie management company. You will not be disappointed.
(May 6, 2018, 4:58 pm)I’ve lived at Aspen Hill for the last 2 years and love it! The apartments are very nice and maintenance is quick to respond to requests. I love the pool! It has great seating. I used the kitchen area and grill multiple times a week and never had to wait! The area is very nice and quiet, so close to everything on west side (about 10 minutes to west towne mall and 25 minutes to downtown). I would recommend this apartment!
