  At first, Dr. Jill's care plan for me of 3 adjustments per week was foreign and a different approach. I've been through numerous surgeries and seen other chiro practitioners who never got rid of reoccurring pain; so my guard and comfort was on edge. Her warmth and charisma met me in the middle. She performed nervous system scans on my first appointment day to better understand my body first before she did anything manually/physically on my body.
  
  Dr. Jill helped me understand how the body can't change overnight; it's pain on the surface but there's more than the surface shows.
  Her adjustments and insight expanded my knowledge of self-care and released deeper stresses trapped inside me from past traumas.
  
  She's helped me reach my goal of transitioning off all pain medications and improving greater - physically and mentally. Her comfort and skills have been the best improvement on my body in the past year and I still continue care with her once a week.

  My daughter (now age 7) and I have both been seeing Dr. Jill for about 4 years now. She is highly knowledgeable, wonderful with children and so pleasant to work with. I would recommend her without hesitation!

  We highly recommend Dr Jill. She makes our entire family feel comfortable every week we see her for adjustments. The weekly adjustments have improved attention and focus for our son and daughter which in turn has increased school grades. Both kids have even commented that they find it easier to do their homework and be successful in school. Dr Jill even rewarded the kids for their hard work at school this first quarter. We are so Thankful for Dr Jill and her commitment to getting us all aligned!

  I started seeing Dr Jill due to back pain I have had or awhile. She conducts a thorough exam and puts a comprehensive plan together. My pain is more manageable since starting with her practice. She is very professional, I highly recommend her. I also buy supplements from Dr Jill, she is very knowledgeable and helpful.

  I took my newborn to Dr. Jill to address his colic after trying many other treatments and lifestyle changes. I am ecstatic to report that he is a new baby (in less than a month!) and chiropractic care at Family First was a big contributor to his relief! My baby is happy and our family’s quality of life is so much improved. Dr. Jill is thorough, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I would highly recommend her to other mothers with babies who are struggling with colic.
