Coming from someone who hated working out I can say that burn makes it easy to get yourself there! The ladies are very supportive of each other no matter your skill level! Give it a try- you will not regret it!

(August 29, 2019, 7:28 am)The trainers are amazing and it’s such an amazing work out! Even though they are group classes, they take the time to make sure your form is good, help you through injuries you may have and give you meal planning advice. Burn is amazing!

(August 19, 2019, 10:12 pm)I love going to Burn Boot Camp. It is a program that I have continuously gone to for over 2 years and just keep going back to 4-5 days a week. I'm definitely not the most athletic person in the class, but every workout has different levels to meet everyone's needs. The trainers are amazing in keeping you motivated and pushing you to do things you didn't think were possible. The best part about Burn is the friendships I have made with other Burn members. ?

This place has made such a positive impact in my life both mentally and physically. icing on the cake is that Ive met a wonderful group of like minded women!
