Such nice units and a great variety. The staff was so helpful when deciding between my options. I love that you can access unit availability, reservations, auto payments, and payment history all online. Its really easy, secure and convenient for someone working during the day.

I could not be happier with my experience with Secure Storage in Waunakee. The customer service representative was friendly, courteous, and informative without feeling like they were only interested in the up-sell.

I didn't know the benefits of climate controlled storage vs self storage, but they explained it to me and showed me that it's definitely worth the investment for my valuables! The units were spacious and clean, and frankly much nicer than my garage, while finally giving me a place to park my car!

Larry at Secure Storage was absolutely AMAZING!! After moving cross country and needing to store our belongings until we were able to close on our new home, Larry helped us every step of the way! He is so kind, helpful, friendly and went the extra mile with everything he did! He was the first face we were greeted with here in Waunakee. If everyone is even remotely as friendly and kind as him, we have found our forever home! Outstanding service, storage units and with Larry...I would use Secure Storage just because of him! This facility is a great storage solution in Waunakee with climate-controlled units. The layout and construction are exceptionally well done. The Secure Storage website shows a range of unit sizes, which made it easy to find a cost-effective option. When I called to ask some more questions, the staff was accommodating in suggesting what size unit would work best.
