Tiffany and Ashley at the De Forest and Sherman Avenue locations helped us with all of our requests to accompany our son on each step of his journey, from when RFH first received him, to his service, and onto his cremation. The time we spent with him on each step of his journey is priceless and meant more than we can ever express. Thank you to Tiffany and Ashley!!!

Ross was so kind to our family and incredibly knowledgeable about the entire process. He took care of everything and was available to my brothers and I 24/7. When my father passed away recently, we realized that he had not left detailed instructions or wishes for his funeral. We met with Skyler and she guided us through the process with kindness, compassion and infinite patience. So many of our questions were met with, "Don't worry, we take care of that." What a huge relief to have someone to help us navigate such a sad and uncertain time. At the service, Skyler and Kristin were a blur of activity, seamlessly and almost invisibly taking care of every detail. We are so grateful to both of them for the care and compassion that they showed us. I cannot recommend their services strongly enough.

My brother passed away while living in a long term care facility in Kenosha, Wisconsin. My brother's wish was to have Ryan Funeral Home in DeForest/Windsor provide needed services. Ryan Funeral Home did an excellent job of providing transportation so that my brother could return to DeForest. Skyler was assigned to our case. Skyler met with us and provided a thorough review of our "next steps." Skyler was caring, understanding and so very helpful as our family worked through the process of saying our final goodbyes to my brother. From the first phone call to the end of the service and beyond, Skyler was right beside us, helping us with our every need and answering every question, which I had several. My wife and I had a great experience with this funeral home. They met all our expectations and the funeral was very nice and well organized. The funeral home is large and well designed. There was a specific seating area for the DVD video with its own music and a separate section for the urn. They also had a eating area. I would recommend this facility to anyone who will have a large number of guests.
