In fact, our neighbors mused to us that the roofers were treating the roof as well as it being their own. Owing to the age and condition of some of the wood on the roof, one of the roofers did step through in our living room (thankfully stepping through is ALL he did). We went back to Gardner company in 2021 to replace our old nd damaged siding. We had the same great service at a good price compared to other quotes we received. “We had Leon’s come out and replace our roof, skylights, windows and siding. The entire crew did amazing work. The roofing crew was efficient and highly skilled. They removed old vents, patched decking, installed a ridge vent, replaced old skylights and installed new shingles. The siding and window crew (Kim, Wade, Tim and Theo) were exceptional to work with. They asked questions on design choices and were quick to always explain everything. The worksite was left in a clean and orderly state each and every day. They arrived at the same time and worked consistent hours each day so we never had a question if work was happening on a certain day or at what stage the project was at. We used LP smart side and had it installed in a horizontal plank and board and batten style. The end result was more beautiful than we even had thought possible. This was the best crew we have ever worked with. I’d recommend them to anyone!”

“I had Carl replace my roof and gutters. The roof is more complicated than some, with multiple ridges and valleys. Carl came out and gave a fair assessment of the roof condition and how he planned to tackle the project, providing a quote quickly. He was able to perform the work within a couple weeks of signing the contract. His crew made short work of the job, and left the site clean. After the job was complete, I noticed a minor ding in a fascia board. I mentioned it to Carl and he had a guy out the next day to fix, good as new! Great roofer with honesty and integrity. He makes sure the job is done right, would recommend!”

“Had them replace whole home windows as well as the front entry door and a sliding patio door. Incredibly easy to work with and attentive while also giving suggestions to save some money in some areas. We did have an issue with the frame paint on the front door within the first year but they were quick to get the warranty claim in and were back to replace it a month or so later with the same care and cleanup as before. Incredibly professional and polite and will also listen to worries and explain something if you have any questions.”
