Derge County Park

What a beautiful small campground with a great view of Beaver Dam Lake. Most of the sites were nice and large. The grounds were very well maintained and the cleanliness of the bathroom/shower house was impeccable. We camped at this park for a week. We especially really appreciated the warm hospitality from the host Kevin. He made himself visible many times a day when taking walks through the campground and stopping to chat to see if we had any needs. We even ended up meeting some local residents that happened to be from our home town due to his word of mouth.

A nice quiet park along the lake. There's a small but roomy campground with a dumpstation. There's no hiking at the park, but Beaver Dam has many interesting places to explore.

Great park, nice large sites. Nice boat ramp and courtesy dock. Lake was having huge algae bloom, so gross. But lovely area

Nice place to camp for a night or two without a boat. No beach. There is a small playground for kids but not much else to keep them entertained unless you plan to do things away from the campground.
