(May 5, 2022, 5:48 pm)I was looking for Mistral exhaust bracket for my Moto Guzzi (not an easy part to find). MG is Mistral's rep in US (NA?) and they communicated promptly, clearly, and processed my order quickly (at reasonable prices, I might add). When the order was on its way, I got a email alert. This may all sound fairly standard by current standards, but for someone looking for parts for an older Italian bike, unfortunately not always the case. This is where I now go (online) when looking for Moto Guzzi parts.
(August 30, 2020, 11:38 pm)I placed two orders within the last month and received the orders within 2 to 3 days. Considering how other companies can't deliver on time MG cycle gets their orders out in a timely fashion. I know where to order my Guzzi parts and accessories.
(May 23, 2019, 3:22 pm)Awesome. They've got everything I need, the prices are right. They usually get stuff packed and shipped on the same day as I order it and I usually receive it next day. One time (out of dozens) they missed shipping something on the day I ordered and they sent a free t-shirt as an apology.
