Brodhead Dental Clinic

Visited for the first time today. Admittedly, it has been some time since I had been to a dentist and the staff here was not judgmental which was very nice. Scheduling is easy too.

I absolutely recommend Broadhead Dental Clinic and Dr. Branson for your dental needs- be it needing emergency or regular dental care. I have had nothing but great experiences with the whole tram. The receptionist team was very friendly and making an appointment was simple and convenient. The office is extremely clean, the staff is masking, and they even have air purification machines in each patient room- it's obvious that they've taken every precaution to keep their guests safe and healthy-- especially during this pandemic. The hygienists are thorough but gentle and I felt very comfortable knowing what was happening and what needed to be done. Dr Branson was a great listener- he took the time to discuss the issues, my options and to share his recommendation. Each patient room has a tv, which Dr Branson could use to show me my teeth and explain what he was looking at. He worked very efficiently with his staff and he had me in and out out of there in a very timely fashion. My appointment started on time and there wasn't any wasted time or waiting around. Dr Branson is a dentist you can trust, I'd feel confident sending anyone there! Thank you Broadhead Dental Clinic Team!

I was actually quite amazed at how kind and friendly the staff was to me. In all my years of seeing dentists-after one visit I can see our “country dental office” is pretty top notch. Very Clean yet bright and homey office and with very modern up to date equipment. I know i don't have the best teeth, here, Not one person embarrassed me about the condition of my teeth. The dentist even spoke with me about the treatment plan! NO ONE has done that. To top it off he asked if I had any questions about the treatment plan. The dentist didn’t act hurried and waited and listened for my answer. I couldn't believe He Actually talked to me not at me-( usually someone else tells me the verdict) then ask for the money -but not Brodhead . When I first called for the appointment it only took ten days to get in and I’m a brand new patient never seen here-but they took me right in. I’m sure after meeting them that if I was hurting more and said so, they would have worked to fit me in sooner. I’m usually pretty apprehensive cause I always have bad luck w/any dental work I have. I’m not expecting miracles. The last dentist complained that my roots were too long! I was so embarrassed I know he was frustrated and mad but I can’t help how long my roots are! Sadly, I have many other horror stories over the years. This was the very first time I left with a good feeling about my dental care-I think I can finally relax and get things done this time. IM Hopeful not to endure a lot of pain / I do all I can to take care of my oral health on my own-now I feel like I have a professional to guide me. Let the work begin! —thank you/all of you.
