Clean, secure storage. The owner is local, keeps the snow clear, and visits the property regularly for other maintenance and observation. Prices are pretty much level with other places. Access is good for the most part, but a pull through around back with a trailer can be a tricky move. Watershed is good at this location and the paths are all paved so it’s not a slopfest like some places with less involved owners.
