I had warranty service done on my Whirlpool oven. A hinge needed replacement on the oven door. Fairly simple repair but he showed up when he said he would, was friendly enough, and did the job. He also took a look at my dryer and gave me some free advice. Nothin’ negative to say about Ryan from me.
I discovered Ryan (FORT APPLIANCE SERVICES) through my Home Warranty Company. Ryan has serviced my refrigerator, range, and washing machine with great success and efficiency. He is reliable and his services are reasonably priced. In fact, I consider him so trustworthy that I did not renew my Home Warranty contract; opting to call Ryan directly for all future appliance service needs.
What an incredibly commitment to service! Our Whirlpool washer needed service and Fort Appliance was so incredibly responsive - came to our house a bit early because I had to leave, and quickly diagnosed the problem. And I loved how most of the communication was via text, so there was no delay in finding a time for the appointment and confirming it. Great service!
Ryan came the same day I called and not only fixed the problem but he was also very TIDY about his work. Would use this service again FOR SURE.
